Chain Scraper System

Chain Scraper system is ideal for use in removal of high viscosity oil/scum. It is also used for eliminating free floating solids at the top level. It is a reliable and user-friendly solution for rectangular settling basins of water and wastewater treatment, API oil-water separators, storm water treatment and desalination. The chain scarpers consist of endless metallic/non-metallic chain conveyors running parallel on the longitudinal sides of the basin. It is a robust, durable and guarantees reliable and trouble-free operations in every application. Different systems are deployed for varied applications which are; Sludge chain scarper, scum chain scraper and sludge & scum chain scarper.

We offer Chain scrapers to scrap high viscous oil, scum & sludge. They consist of an endless metallic/non-metallic chain used to scrap the scum from the surface. Our solutions cover scraping to transportation of liquid/scum and sludge to their respective pits.
