Integrated Oil Containment & Recovery System Overview
The unique design of the offshore skimmer enables handling of all types of oil, low, medium, and high viscosity oil. The design also facilitates deployment, operation, and retrieval. A wireless remote control and thruster system allows remote positioning of the skimmer head and operation of the umbilical hose reel. Two hydraulic-type pumps are installed for hydraulic-driven liquid. A diesel engine power pack drives the complete system.
